When you hire us, we will agree on a scope of work, be it SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, social media, branding, Website design and development. We deliver what’s promised in the proposal, with timelines and deliverables customized to your goals.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of:

Use of Our Website

You may browse, explore, and interact with our website as long as:

• You’re at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into contracts;

• You don’t copy, scrape, hack, or tamper with our content or systems.

Payments & Billing

Standard Terms:

• All project-based services require a signed agreement and an upfront deposit.
  
• Retainers are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  
• Invoices are due within 7 days unless stated otherwise.
• Clients have to pay using any of our prescribed payment methods (PayPal, Stripe and Direct Bank Transfer)

Subscriptions or Retainers:

You may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. We won’t lock you in, but we’d love to keep the momentum going.

Intellectual Property

What’s Ours:

All data, content, assets, codes, charts, and strategic material created by Nestors Global LLC. remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

What’s Yours:

Once paid in full, you own the final approved deliverables. We reserve the right to use project results and case studies in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Your secrets are safe with us. Any sensitive business info you share will be kept strictly confidential. We won’t disclose or misuse your data, and we expect the same courtesy in return.

Performance Disclaimer

Marketing is a mix of science, art, and timing. While we use industry best practices and strategies, we can’t promise overnight success or specific ROI. We do promise commitment, transparency, and honest communication every step of the way.

Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on track, we count on you to:

• Respond to feedback requests promptly.
• Provide necessary access to platforms or brand assets.
• Pay invoices on time.
  

Delays on your end may affect timelines and outcomes. We prefer to work with collaborative clients.

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, Semrush and any project management software) to deliver services. Their performance and updates are not directly linked with us, but we will work around changes professionally.

You’re responsible for maintaining active subscriptions or accounts with these tools if needed for your campaigns.

Contract Termination

Either party may end the working relationship with 30 days’ written notice (or as defined in your contract). Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due.
  
• We’ll hand over the completed work.
  
• Access to tools, ad accounts, or reports will be revoked.
  

We don’t issue refunds for services already delivered. For more details on terminations and refunds, please contact our support team. 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestors Global LLC. shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profit, revenue, or business;
  
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  
• Disruptions caused by third-party tools, hosting servers, changes in algorithms, or force majeure events.
• Traffic or data loss due to poorly executed strategies (before signing a deal with us)
  

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time or whenever we feel the need for updation. You’re encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of our site or services after any changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the United Kingdom, depending on your location and the jurisdiction under which your service agreement falls.
